Your Profile is your ID that is transmitted to your friends over PSN.
This time around, your profile is accessed and edited from the Network menu, and requires you to go online. (Main Menu-->Network-->Profile)
You can customize it with your birthday, a nickname, gender, title, a comment, and a module to distinguish yourself.
If you want, you can also set your gender and birthday to be private.
